Our At-home Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Test test can be self-administered and does not require a prescription.

It takes approximately 15 minutes – 20 minutes from the time of testing to the release of the test results. Test results are most typically read immediately. SDI Labs is working continuously to support the needs of healthcare workers, patients, government, and other organizations, and expects capacity to continue to increase.  

If you would like to be reimbursed for your COVID-19 testing, please file a claim with your Insurance Carrier directly. We will provide a payment confirmation as proof of purchase.

Four Steps to Filing Your Health Insurance Claim Form:

  1. Obtain Itemized Receipts
    An itemized bill lists every service that your doctor provided and gives the cost of each of the services. Your health insurance company will need you to attach the original itemized bills to the claim form.  
  2. Get Your Claim Form
    You will need to contact your insurance company to obtain a health insurance claim form or download a copy from their website.  
  3. Make Copies
    Once you have your claim form filled out and your itemized bills from your doctor, don’t forget to make copies of everything. It will eliminate any errors that may be made in the claim process and make it easier for you to re-file your health insurance claim if it gets lost.
  4. Review then Send
    To make sure everything is completely accurate, call your health insurance company and tell them you are about to send in your health insurance claim form.

The best way to know if you are infected with COVID-19 is to get tested with an At-home Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Test followed by an RT-PCR RNA test.

Stay at home until instructed to leave by your healthcare provider. Patients with confirmed COVID-19 should remain under home isolation precautions until the risk of secondary transmission to others is thought to be below. Talk to your healthcare provider: the decision to discontinue home isolation precautions should be made on a case-by-case basis, in consultation with healthcare providers and state and local health departments. Please refer to the CDC for the most updated coronavirus guidelines.
